Claire
With a background in marketing and PR and a passion for storytelling, Claire founded Mashoor to amplify voices and narratives often left unheard. Her career began working for one of the largest creative agencies, where she worked with some of the biggest brands and creators. Claire leads Mashoor with a vision of celebrating culture through art and empowering creators around the world.
Eli
A writer and former tech worker, Eli brings a decade of experience in content creation and building community with creators. Driven by his belief in the transformative power of storytelling, Eli builds and nurtures Mashoor’s fundraising and partnerships with cultural organizations. His love for photography and global travel inspires his work, and you’ll often find him snapping behind-the-scenes photos at work.
Leila
As a creator and multimedia storyteller, Leila is passionate about sharing stories that bring people closer to different cultures. With a career that spans both editorial and digital media, Leila uses her expertise to guide Mashoor’s content strategy, ensuring each project receives the visibility it deserves. Leila believes that storytelling is a bridge between cultures, and she’s committed to building empathy and understanding through her work.
Raj
With a background in sociology and cultural studies, Raj’s role at Mashoor is to conduct in-depth research and advise on the cultural nuances of each project. His commitment to authenticity and respect for tradition helps Mashoor stay true to its mission of responsibly supporting underrepresented cultures. Raj has published on topics ranging from cultural preservation to art as resistance and brings his knowledge and insight to every Mashoor project.
